Booking Terms & Conditions

We require a completed booking form and a 25% deposit of the total tour price to secure your reservation.

Confirmation of your booking will be sent by email, including your itinerary and payment instructions. Please review the confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the start of your tour.

For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payments can be made by bank transfer to our company bank account or through available online payment methods. Please note that any bank or payment processing charges associated with the payment are the responsibility of the guest.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

More than 30 days before departure: A full refund will be provided, excluding the non-refundable 25% deposit.

15–30 days before departure: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.

Less than 15 days before departure: The booking is non-refundable.

In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond the traveler's control, such as airport closures, government travel restrictions, or major transportation disruptions, Morocco Flawless Travel may offer a travel credit for the amount paid, valid for a future tour.

Any changes to your confirmed booking, including dates, itinerary, or number of travelers, must be requested in writing as early as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability. Any additional costs arising from requested amendments are the responsibility of the guest.

Morocco Flawless Travel reserves the right to modify itineraries when necessary due to weather conditions, road closures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will always make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements of a similar standard and value.

In the unlikely event that a tour must be cancelled by Morocco Flawless Travel and no suitable alternative can be provided, a full refund of amounts paid for the cancelled tour will be provided.

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure, covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation or interruption, loss of luggage, and personal liability.

Morocco Flawless Travel is not responsible for costs arising from the absence of adequate travel insurance.

Morocco Flawless Travel acts as an agent for transportation providers, accommodation providers, guides, activity providers, and other third-party service providers.

While we carefully select our partners and make every reasonable effort to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we are not responsible for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party service providers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Guests participate in activities at their own responsibility and are expected to follow reasonable safety instructions.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that they hold a valid passport and any required visa or travel authorization for entry into Morocco.

Guests are also responsible for checking and complying with applicable health requirements or recommended vaccinations before travel.

Morocco Flawless Travel accepts no responsibility for costs or consequences resulting from a guest's failure to comply with applicable passport, visa, health, or entry requirements.
